We humans have a difficult time, generally, in really believing that there are angels and spirit guides around us. We can’t see them or hear them. Our limited five senses alone are incapable of making contact with them. This is because they exist in a higher realm or dimension that is not physical, and consequently, are not bound by the limitations of the physical world. But we certainly are.
So how can we make contact with these Divine Beings in a way that feels satisfying?
The answer is that there are many ways in which we can contact our angel or spirit guide. And by the way, all of us have at least one guardian angel, although many people may have more than one. Your guardian angel is with you until you depart this world. As to spirit guides, these are usually enlightened individuals, frequently referred to as “masters,” who watch over you and guide you, too. A number of people believe that guardian angels and spirit guides are actually one and the same. Also, most of us are guided and watched over by the deceased souls of family members and close friends.
As you can see, we have a lot of support around us, although we rarely, if ever, see them or hear them. Because of this, many people neglect turning to this support in time of need, or at any time.
As to making contact with our angels or spirit guides, a number of easy methods are available to us. For example, one can simply talk to an angel or guide, whether orally or silently. You are heard; you are always heard. I realize that without a response you can relate to, it is difficult to believe that you are heard. However, as you continue a daily practice of conversing with your angel or guide, whatever awkwardness or discomfort you feel will pass away after a while.
Another method of making contact with your angel or guide is to write notes or poems. I personally like to journal, and so I have developed the habit of sitting down at my computer and start typing away. This is the time of day when I give vent to my deepest feelings and yearnings, knowing that my angel is listening, as I ask for guidance.
Journaling is a wonderful outlet, but more than that, you will find ideas coming to you that are supportive as you express yourself on the screen or on paper. Your angel does respond, although I want to caution the reader at this point that it may take a little time before you notice any response. So, be patient and keep up the journaling.
As to writing poetry, this is fine, too, if that is your inclination. It certainly does not matter whether you write in prose or poetry.
Writing a letter to your angel is an effective way, also, of making contact. Often when one has something pressing on their mind, this may be the most dynamic method of expression.
Another excellent way to make contact with an angel or a guide is via meditation. Because meditation permits us to reach the more subtle levels of the psyche, it is easier to make contact with the higher realms or dimensions. At such levels, you might well hear messages from an angel or guide. This is called clairaudient, that is, hearing a voice, but not with one’s ears. Some time ago, I read that telepathy is really the universal language, and from my own experience, I believe this to be true.
In my book, cited below, I offer two easy meditative techniques for making contact with your guardian angel. If you practice any one of these for a little while, I think you may realize some amazing results.
The method of communication the angels will utilize most often in contacting you is intuition. Some people have greatly developed this faculty, while others are not so good at it. But everyone has intuition, and if you lack a good track record with it, then now is the time to become more aware of those intuitive feelings and listen to them. The way to develop your intuitive powers is simply to train yourself to pay close attention to whatever whispering thoughts or feelings are coming through.
Another method angels or spirit guides may utilize in contacting us can be something someone says to you that is in answer to a need; or something you read; or something said over the radio or television. In one way or another, the angel may utilize any of these methods or some others to convey a response to you.
I have offered a few easy methods here of making contact with your angel or spirit guide. The most important point I wish to stress concerning this is that you keep the contact going on a regular basis. Do not get discouraged too fast and give up. It can sometimes take a little while before you realize you have received a response.
If you prefer to simply talk to your angel or guide, all you need to do is spend about five minutes a day doing so. You can start off by stating: “Angel, I would like to talk to you now,” or “discuss something with you now.” The angels are always waiting for you to call upon them and are eager to be of service.

You might wonder do Guardian angels exist in the planet and do they really help humans? But the answer is YES. Since ancient times it was a treasured belief of followers of all religion and many have experienced the same in their personal life. Guardian angels are special angels who are ordained by God to hear and carry out His work. They protect and guard anything that is counted precious in the sight of God and this is due to the inexhaustible love they possess towards God. There are so many anecdotes and incredible experience shared by many people about guardian angels. They are no strangers to us instead they guard and protect us from evil deeds.
Most of us imagine “guardian angels” as radiant, beautiful with light hairs with feminine features and large feathered wings. Also many of us have seen imitation of guardian angels in Church paintings, Cathedrals, images in books and internet which brings us a clear look about the figure of guardian angels.
In Bible, the holy book of Christians, the word “angel” appears several hundred times. They are portrayed as soldiers with mighty powers; we can read about it in Genesis where the angels guarded the east gates of garden and in Revelation where they appeared with flashing swords. Also Bible portrays about the deliverance of St. Peter from prison through angels as “guardians”.
“Angels” in the literal sense mean “messengers”. They are of heavenly order and are used by God to convey his express messages, to act as helpers, etc to human beings. Angels were already present in the earth as joyful spectators when God created the earth. Do you think angels have a physical body? No, Angels are not fitted with any physical body, they are exempt from the natural impediments that encounter us; they do not have to suffer from physical fatigue, loss of energy, dimness of sight or hardness of hearing. Space or plain, land or sea, day or night, light or darkness, time or distance, cold or heat cannot burden their activities or arrest their motion. On the other hand they have the power to bring them under their control, or to use them at their will in order to carry out the mission for which they are sent out.
For example, fire has no power over them but instead they made use of the fire. It can be read in so many places in Holy Bible. “The angel of the Lord ascended in the flame of the altar” (Judg 13:20) “there appeared to him an angel of the Lord in a flame of fire” (Acts 7:30)
All angels excel in strength, unlike human beings who can be rendered weak through sickness, ill-nourishment and exertion. Angels are created full of wisdom and God created them with perfect beauty, power, holiness and wisdom. As they were created before man, and were familiar with the world from the time that it was created, their wisdom concerning this world is perfect. Being immortal beings, exempt from death, they have continued to live with perfect knowledge of all that has taken place in this world since creation. So they know all the past and they are aware of the present too, but are incapable of knowing the future unless it is revealed to them by God.
Once a man who was crossing the Atlantic by ship was terribly seasick and confined to his cabin. One night he suddenly heard, “man overboard!” there was nothing he could do, but he said to himself, “I can at least put my lantern in the pothole.” He struggled and hung the light out. When the man was rescued his report was: “Suddenly a light shone over my head and a sailor in a life boat grabbed me.” This was purely an act of an angel who came to help in time of distress.
Angels have their own kingdom and have different grades of lordship. Arch angel is the principal or chief angel of all. We cannot understand the whole mystery concerning the kingdom of angels, we can catch only a few glimpses from here and there. Angels are engaged in different kind of ministries as messengers, as helpers, as host, etc. From the scriptures of Holy bible we could read angels as helpers whom fed Elijah who was weak and discouraged.
In Hinduism, angels are not specifically mentioned, but they believe in spirits who have the same ability to perform things as that of angels. Hindus refer to it as ‘devas’ and they consider these spirits play an important role in protecting and safeguarding them from all evil harms.
Angels are referred as ‘malaikah’ in Islam and they have a faith that these angels act as messengers or intermediaries between their God Allah and His peoples in World.

Today there is a strong belief in Guarding Angels and this belief stems from centuries of lore. But, do guardian Angels really exist? Have they been known to come to the aid of those in discomfort? ours?
Why is it that they tend to appear to some but not others? Do you believe in guarding angels or do you have one of your own? If so, how can you find out? And how can you contact yours?

Really the only evidence of guarding angels that is presented for their existence is the long traditional and religious stories from the bible and other people who have experienced them. It is ultimately a matter of faith, but, many believers relate there opinions on what a guardian angels roles in the person’s life and even how you can enlist their help.
What Are Guardian Angels?
Guarding angels are thought to be highly spiritual beings that are assigned to assist people here on earth in a variety of ways. We do not know if they are assigned per one basis or if there is one angel for a group of people that can be a very open question for debate. But, if you believe in them or not there are people out there that are very animate about you having one.

Angels are generally most closely associated with Christianity, despite their origins in much earlier belief systems and cultures. Dion Fortune, an early 20th century British author and metaphysical teacher, wrote that all religions have spiritual guardians, and living religions have especially powerful guardians.
It is wonderfully inspiring to see the angel art of many cultures. In this painting by James Tissot, a magnificent angel guards the worshippers as they pray in a beautiful mosque.
However, despite its loving depiction of Muslims praying in a mosque, this painting would not have been done by a devout Muslim. Islam forbids creating images of humans or of spiritual beings.

There are many concepts of the guardian angel, but this image of children guarded by a lovely angel as they cross a rickety bridge over roaring rapids is a sentimental favorite. Many children and adults over the years have been comforted by this angelic vision. I hope you are, too.
